Gautam is a HR and Social Business Consultant who talked about ‘leverages social technologies to build an Employer Brand and Employee Engagement’.
As per him, “The scope to communicate a company’s culture via social media is immense, leveraging the employees and leaderships network.” He talked about the platforms that aid in social media connects of the employers and employee engagement and the common mistakes an employer makes which may affect his brand negatively.
Gautam feels that, “In the future we’ll see a lot more roles focused on employer Branding and Storytelling. A lot of creative folks would be moving to such roles, in industries that are battling for talent.”

“Today’s generation responds to purpose and mission, so the startup should also know – “what is the meaning that we are adding to the market and to the society?” If they can package or communicate that story externally, so you want to showcase your expertise, your purpose, your mission to attract the right kind of talent”
“The work culture is also a filtering mechanism to attract the right talent”.
Gautam signed off by saying that “HR Technologies firms are growing in Pune. Pune is developing and in coming 2-3 years we will see much more growth here.”
